With transcribe, the unique thing here is you can record your audio ahead of time. So lets say you have your phone and maybe youre conducting, lets say an interview, maybe youre sitting in a lecture and you record the audio. You can take that audio file, upload it into Word online, and get a transcription of all of the conversation. Step by step create a TXT record inside the zone file: Login to your DNS server as administrator. Launch the DNS Management Console. On DNS Manager window, expand your DNS name. Right click on your domain name and select Other New Records to add a new TXT record.
Log into your domain-hosting account. Go to your domains DNS settings page, which may be called something like Domain Name Management or Name Server Settings. Locate the TXT records form for your domain on this page.
Find your domain and click the Modify button to the right. Scroll down until you see the Advanced Records section and click on the TXT button. Your TXT record is located under the section labeled TXT.
The details steps can be found below: From your No-IP Account, click My Services at the left, then DNS Records. Under Hostname Type, click DNS Hostname (A) to select the A Record and save the changes by clicking Update Hostname at the bottom of the page.
Generally, we recommend a TTL of 24 hours (86,400 seconds). However, if you are planning to make DNS changes, you should lower the TTL to 5 minutes (300 seconds) at least 24 hours in advance of making the changes. After the changes are made, increase the TTL back to 24 hours.

TXT record: This is used to store text-based information of the outside domain for the configured domain. This is useful in identifying ownership of a domain. MX record: This is used in mail delivery based on the configured domain. This is useful in redirecting email requests to the mail servers for a specified domain.
This record is used to indicate to mail exchanges which hosts are authorized to send mail for a domain. TXT records should be used instead of the special SPF record type. This record proves ownership of a domain and can be used to associate services such as Microsoft 365 and G-Suite to a specific domain.
Add a DNS TXT entry to your DNS record to confirm ownership Add the TXT entry to your DNS record. Add @ to the Host field (if it is required by your domain host). Once the changes have propagated across your domains web servers, click the Verify button at the bottom of the DNS Verification tab for the selected domain.
