To edit PDF in Ubuntu, you need to have LibreOffice. Every Ubuntu system has LibreOffice but just in case you dont, download and the software to your system.
Open System Settings Printers right-click your printer Properties Printer Options Page size choose your paper size. Click OK. Repeat this process for any other printers that seem to be trying to use the incorrect page size.
Choose the hamburger menu (Windows) or the File menu (macOS) Print. From the Page Sizing Handling menu, select Custom Scale. Enter the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF.
