This video tutorial teaches how to create a PDF file on a mobile device. You can make a PDF by scanning a document, converting an image, or using a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file. To create a PDF, download Microsoft Office 365 from the app store, open the app, click on create, then PDF. For scanning, use the scan to PDF option, add effects, crop, and save. For images, use pictures to PDF and select the images.

Begin by navigating to the password protection page on Acrobat online. Click the blue button labeled Select a file or drag and drop your PDF into the drop zone to upload. Create a password between 6 and 32 characters. Enter the password and retype it to confirm.
Open the PDF document you would like to password protect, select the Tools tab, scroll down to find the Protect Standardize section, select Protect. 2. The Protect tool bar will appear, select the Encrypt button drop menu. Here you can either Encrypt with a Certificate or Encrypt with a Password.
Select Print from the menu. In the print settings, choose Save as PDF from the Destination drop-down menu. Click More settings and scroll down to the Options section. Enter a strong and unique password in the Document open password box something only you would know.
Within the Save As dialog box that appears, choose Permissions from the right-hand menu. (See image below.) Add a password and set a desired encryption level. Enter a name and select Save to create a new PDF document with the security settings added to it.
