In this video tutorial, the Sey Professor teaches how to create a non-editable PDF in Adobe Reader. After opening the Adobe Reader software, a PDF file is selected and opened. Editing options are shown on the right sidebar, and text can be edited with different font styles. To make the PDF non-editable, go to the properties window, select security, and choose password security. Enable security permissions and restrict changes to the PDF, allowing only printing with low resolutions.

How Can I Make a PDF Not Allow Editing? Open the document in Power PDF. Navigate to the Security tab and click Manage Security. Check the box that says, Set a password to restrict editing of security settings. Enter a password. Set restrictions, including whether to allow printing and which changes you wish to allow.
To share a PDF without allowing downloads, you can upload it to a cloud storage or document-sharing platform that has view-only sharing options, like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Google Drive. Enable link sharing in view-only mode, then copy and send the view-only link.
Open a file in Acrobat and choose Tools Protect. Select whether you want to restrict editing with a password or encrypt the file with a certificate or password. Set password or security method as desired. Click OK and then click Save.
Select the PDF document you want to make read-only by clicking on it. Once the document is open, click on the More button located at the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, choose the Make PDF Read Only option. A confirmation dialog box will appear.
