so how do you combine pdf documents on your mac without buying something expensive like docHub lets find out [Music] all right so welcome back so todays more of a training video again a quick one im going to show you guys two different ways to do this so lets just assume you had a bunch of pdf files and lets just say its like a textbook or something and each pdf is a chapter how do you go ahead and combine all those pdfs into just one pdf file without actually using something you know paid version of docHub and this is going to be on your mac computer it can be a macbook or an imac or something so im going to show you two different ways the first way to combine pdfs is going to be what i would classify is maybe the way a lot of people do it may be useful for you its going to be one of the ways you can do it and its built into the mac the other way the second way actually thinks easier its going to be using automator and its going to take like just five seconds to set up and on

Press Scan on your printer. Once you have scanned your pages, youll have two options: Save or Save and continue scanning. Click the Save and continue scanning option to scan multiple pages to PDF. Click the Save option and then select Save as PDF to finish.
