hello everyone and welcome to todays webinar my name is Rachel Klein and Ill be your presenter here today for the next 20 minutes today were going to be looking at um running a directory in church Windows a couple things I want to point out in people that you have to have configured correctly for someone to show up on your directory you have to have their include on directory box checked thats really important I get a handful of calls about about this a month is they run a directory but theyre not seeing the people that they think they should be seeing when they print it out so typically that could be two things first thing is going to be this include on directory check box right here yours might be in a different location on your screen because you can reorganize these individual Fields but for mine its right up towards the top so include on directory if you want to see someone on your directory this box has to be checked okay if its unchecked they will not show when you go to
