Use the Fit to Page option before exporting to PDF: Select the chart in Excel. Go to the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the Print Area dropdown and select Fit to Page or Fit to Sheet. Adjust the scaling options if needed.
Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum. Click Options and adjust settings, including the area to publish. Click OK. Name the file and click Publish.
Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop a file into the drop zone. Select the file you want to convert from XLS or XLSX to PDF format. After uploading the Excel sheet, Acrobat automatically converts it to the PDF file format. Sign in to download or share your converted PDF.

To save multiple sheets in an Excel workbook as a PDF: Open your Excel workbook. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Click on the tabs of the sheets you want to save as a PDF. Go to File in the top left corner. Choose Save As. Select the location where you want to save the file.
Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As. Select PDF for your format and adjust the other settings to your preferences.
Here are the steps to follow: Open your Excel workbook. Click on File in the top-left corner of the screen. Select Save As. Choose PDF (*. Click on the Options button. In the Publish Options section, select Minimum size (publishing online). Click on OK. Choose a location to save the PDF file.
To embed an Excel spreadsheet in a PDF using Xchange Editor, first open the PDF document in Xchange Editor and click Insert Insert Spreadsheet. Select the Excel file you want to embed and click Open. This will insert the Excel file as an object in the PDF.
