Step 1: Open the Excel file and click File from the top menu. Select Save As from the left sidebar and click Browse. Step 2: In the Save window, select PDF from the Save as type dropdown.
Within the Settings section, hit the No Scaling drop-down menu to save Excel in PDF fit-to-page format. Now, look for the Fit Sheet on One Page option to complete this process. Afterward, click the Print button and then save your converted file in your preferred location.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
Change advanced settings in Excel. To avoid common formatting issues, such as cut-off text or shifted margins, you can make adjustments in both the Page Layout tab or the Page Setup menu option. Once youre happy with the formatting, go to File, then select Save As and choose the PDF option.
Use the Fit to Page option before exporting to PDF: Select the chart in Excel. Go to the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the Print Area dropdown and select Fit to Page or Fit to Sheet. Adjust the scaling options if needed.
