Simply choose the PDF document you want to edit, open it in Drive, select the "Open with" menu, and choose Doc Hub. Once connected, Doc Hub will consistently appear in the open with menu for easy access. To edit a PDF, double click on the document, select Doc Hub from the open with menu, and begin making changes.
