To rotate a page in Foxit Phantom and save it, ensure the home tab is selected. Use the rotate pages button to rotate the page left or right 90 degrees with each click. For larger PDF files, use the multi-page rotate button. Make sure to use the rotate pages button, not the rotate view button, to save the changes. The save button will be grayed out if the rotate view button is used. By using the rotate page button, you can now save the PDF and it will be saved correctly even after closing and reopening the file.
