In the window that pops up, next to Export As, type in a name for the file. Then click the drop-down menu next to Quartz Filter and click Reduce File Size. Click Save.

Tip: To lock or unlock a file in the Finder, select the file, choose File Get Info, then select or deselect the Locked tickbox.
