The tutorial explains how to remove a password from a PDF document using Microsoft Edge. It demonstrates that after entering the password to open the document, it will prompt for a password again if reopened. To remove the password, the user can click on print, select Microsoft print to PDF as a printer, and click print. This will save a copy of the document without the password protection.
