In today's video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to sign a PDF file that may not initially allow for inserting signatures. A normal PDF file can easily have a signature inserted by going to the rail and signing. However, if the sign option is not active, the presenter shows how to solve this problem by connecting to a pen, choosing the Microsoft print to PDF option, and adjusting the settings before saving and printing the file. A more detailed video tutorial on inserting signatures is provided in the description.
