How to convert PDF files into Excel spreadsheets: Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose spreadsheet as your export format, and then select Microsoft Excel Workbook. Click Export. Save the converted file:

Add a password to a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat. Do any of the following: Go to All tools Protect a PDF Protect with password. In the Protect Using Password dialog box, select if you want to set the password for viewing or editing the PDF. Type and retype your password. Select Apply.
Go to the right-side toolbar of UPDF and select the Export PDF tool. After this, enter the permission password of your document and click on the Unlock button. This will allow you to select the Excel format as the output. Following this, customize the output settings and export the PDF as Excel on your system.
You can also lock a PDF from editing to make it read-only using docHub: Open a file in Acrobat and choose Tools Protect Restrict Editing. Choose a password and specify the editing permissions that you want to set for users without the password.
Click on the Protection tab on the Format Object window and ensure that the Locked checkbox is ticked. Click on it to tick the box, if necessary. Click the OK button to close the window.
