so this is a quick video to show you how to move a bulletin below your header and also alternatively how to fix a bulletin to the top so it remains in view when you scroll down so here we have a regular bulletin header that sits on top of your nav and theyre both static so lets say i want to move this now to sit below my header so we can go into the edit screen and display options we can show below header so lets save the bulletin and view and you can actually see that it now moves the bulletin all the way down to below the hero image even so thats definitely not correct um if we inspect the html on this page we can actually see that what bulletin is trying to do is its trying to guess common names that can exist on your site so in this case its looking for a header this entire thing on this particular website is a header div so then it attaches it to sit below that which is obviously not correct so the way to fix this is to actually look for the class name of your nav bar so he
