hey its Joe clients and uh this morning I was talking to someone about being able to take a phone number and look up both the carrier to see if its a cell phone or not as well as the possibly the location locations a little more on the if you side but I remember two years ago reading about how the exchange its not the area code but the exchange is assigned to a given carrier meaning like eighteen T or Sprint or somebody and so I googled it and found this article oh there we go this article talking about basically what Im explaining here is the its the the 3-digit prefix not the area code but the prefix or slash exchange is what you know years and years ago they used to be called theyre assigned to a given one and they happen to mention this its funny cuz maybe its an older article they mentioned someone here phone finder but um I didnt see their website here but anyway I looked him up and so it came here and so so me annually like lets say we took my number six eight to nine
