Course load refers to the number of registered course credits for a session. For undergraduate students, a 100 per cent course load in the Fall/Winter session is 15 credits in each term.
It is possible to take 15 units a semester if you work full-time; however, we expect that for every unit that you are registered, you commit two to three hours of time per week, including class time to your studies. Therefore, a 15-unit load implies a 45 to 60-hour-a-week commitment to class and study.
