Hi, Alex here from rebeloper.com and welcome back to the channel and welcome back to this awesome tutorial series on DuckUI and today we are going to move forward with lists and we are going to talk about headers and footers. So without further ado lets just jump right into it. Okay! In the previous episodes we have created our simple newsfeed viewcontroller list and we have kind of experimented with the design of it and let me just show you where we got and today we are just going to talk about headers and footers because as you can see here we have our top view and if you scroll all the way up it doesnt really move. So that could be a place in your app but in some cases you want a header that will move with your scrolling cells. So today we are going to implement just that and Im just going to start from scratch. Lets just delete all of these. Let me just move delete and move to trash and I have left this group because we are going to add that in there. So its just right click

You do not have to leave the property when the lease expires. In law, a lease is a tenancy and the leaseholder is a tenant. The tenancy will continue on exactly the same terms unless you or the landlord decide to end it.
Land Registry forms for tenants to register leases As a general rule, a lease or underlease granted for a term of more than 7 years must be registered at the Land Registry. Once registered it will have its own title number, in the same way as a freehold house does.
You only own a leasehold property for a fixed period of time. Youll have a legal agreement with the landlord (sometimes known as the freeholder) called a lease. This tells you how many years youll own the property. Ownership of the property returns to the landlord when the lease comes to an end.
Leasehold is a long-term tenancy where someone buys the right to live in a property for a certain period, usually 99 or 125 years. Unless the leaseholder makes arrangements to extend it, once the lease ends, ownership of the property returns to the freeholder.
When the lease runs out. You do not have to leave the property when the lease expires. In law, a lease is a tenancy and the leaseholder is a tenant. The tenancy will continue on exactly the same terms unless you or the landlord decide to end it.
If the leasehold of your property does expire, then the property will revert back to being a freehold instead of a leasehold. This will therefore mean ownership of the land and building will go back to the freeholder. For example, if you had another sixty years left on the lease of your property in 2019.
A lease held directly from the freeholder and subject to one or more underleases. It is sometimes called a head lease.
The leaseholder owns it for the period of the lease or until they move. In many cases, leases can run for a few years but in some instances, they can last for as long as 999 years. Once the lease ends, the property and land returns to the ownership of the freeholder.
Leases of between 99 and 999 years are commonly granted and generally the value of a property will reduce as the lease gets closer to the end. Lenders are unlikely to offer a mortgage on a property with anything less than 25 years left to run.
