With those lists, you can share it with others and you can collaborate with others on those lists. Now, so far, that sounds like everything that you could do in a spreadsheet with a list. Whats unique about Microsoft Lists? Well, a few things. First off, you can visualize your data in many different ways. Add a comment Select the list item, and then select Comment. Or select the icon next to the list item. In the Comments pane, type a comment in the box and then press Enter.
To add a comment, select a task to bring up its details, and then use the Comments box to discuss things with your team. Click Send when youre ready to post the comment. Important: Once you post a comment, you cant delete or edit it.
Users can see which list items have comments when they access the SharePoint Online list view or Microsoft list home page. Comments option will be shown on command bar when you select a list item as well as at the right hand side of Title column.
