hello this is amy diamond in this short episode id like to show you how to solve a problem in microsoft list when you have multi-line text where when when you add actually the text it shows only limited amount of of lines so theres a script that you can add so lets see how we do it so actually we will go and create a new list ill click on new and list and create a blank one lets call the listdemo22223 and actually we have a new list ill add a new column multi-line text lets call it description and i will go and copy some text i will go into quick edit and i will paste the text as you can see it only shows one two three four five what if i want to see everything so um theres a script which we can copy and i will put a link in the comments and you can actually go and go to the column settings and format column advanced mode and lets delete all whats there and lets paste and now look what happened the magic is here actually we can see all of the text so adding this json to the

In your list or library, select the column header for the column you want to customize. Select Column settings, then select Format this column. At the bottom of the Format column pane, select Advanced mode. Enter the JSON you want to apply to the column.
