in Excel if you have website addresses or email addresses you can create hyperlinks for those when youre entering an email address put male 2 colon in front of it and for website address just make sure youve got HTTP colon slash slash at the start so that the hyperlink will work after you create it in this first cell Im going to type equal hyperlink and an open bracket the first argument is link location so where do we want this link to take us and for this row it will be the context choose website address I can close the bracket now and just leave this formula as is and it would show the full address in the cell and take us to that address but I would prefer to see a shorter name a friendly name and Im going to click on the company name here and then close the bracket and press Enter so now it shows the friendly name in the cell and if I click that link it would take us to the context website now back in Excel I can copy this formula down to the rows below and it creates a link f

Move a formula to another location Select the cell that has the formula you want to move. Press. + X. Click the cell where you want to paste the formula.
