hi folks Chris here with another tech tip in regard to the new equation manager in SolidWorks 2013 one of the comments weve had is just in regard to the lack of space made available to edit each equation per line item so if you want to want to have a bit more space similar to the little text box we had in the old dialog things are a bit things are a bit different of course as is the nature of progress we have many more options this time around as opposed to having one small dialog box where we can edit the equations we actually have the ability to link them to an external file altogether the link to external file check box down here is going to prompt us with the ability to link these to a to a new file once we have the file name and path specified for our new text file well choose which of the equations wed like to have exported to the text file and choose the link button at the bottom thats going to generate the the text file lets go get that file location and here we see we ha
