1) Create a chart in Excel and copy it. 2) Use Paste Special option and paste the copied chart into PowerPoint with data link. 3) Click on File Info select Automatic for Update option Close. 4) Now save the PowerPoint and Excel files and close them.
In PowerPoint, you can embed tables and worksheets from Excel in your presentation slides. In Excel, click and drag to highlight the cells you want to copy. Right-click the copied cells and select Copy.

Creating the link between Excel and PowerPoint 🔗 From Excel, select the chart or range. Right-click and hit Copy (or press CTRL+C) Go to the PowerPoint slide on which you want to insert the chart or table. To link to a chart in another workbook, click Existing File or Web Page under Link to, and then enter the path and file name of the workbook that contains the chart. To link to a chart in the current workbook, click Place in This Document under Link to, and then click the sheet that contains the chart.
Heres how: In Excel, click the chart that you want to copy to another Office program, and press Ctrl+C. Open PowerPoint, click where you want to paste the chart, and press Ctrl+V. Click Paste Options next to the chart, and choose how you want to paste the chart.
Open the PowerPoint presentation, select the slide you want to insert the chart into. On the Home tab click the arrow below Paste, and then click Special Paste. Select Paste Link. Select Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object or Microsoft Excel chart Object if it is a chart.
