hi and in todays quick video im going to show you how to move an image in word but im also going to show you how to align an image and how to copy it so lets go up to insert picture im going to use a picture from the stock images but of course you can use your own picture from your file so im going to click on stock image im just going to type in people and select this image here and just click insert now when you insert an image into word if you try and move it you can see that it wont and it just clicks back into its original position in order to move it theres two things you can do you can either select it go to picture format go along to wrap text click on the drop down and you can select any of these options here but i generally choose in front of text alternatively you can select the image right click do the same thing go down to wrap text and go to in front of text once youve done that you can see now you can move your image any way you l

2. Fix Position on Page Click the Layout Options icon next to the image and select one of the options. You can choose any option except for In Line with Text, which is the default setting for all images. Open the Layout tab. Select the image. From the Arrange menu, click Wrap Text. Select Fix Position on Page.
Hold down Shift and use the mouse or touchpad to select the objects that you want to align. Select Shape Format or Picture Format. Select Align. If you dont see Align on the Shape Format tab, select Arrange, and then choose Align.
To size all images to the same height and width: Right click first image, open Size and Position box (or open box from the Picture - Format - Size box. Disable Lock Aspect Ratio Change height and width to desired size. Close box. Click on next image and hit F4.
