Use Google Drive This is the default option for most people trying to share files that are larger than 25MB. When Gmail detects that your mail is larger than 25MB, it automatically uploads your attachments to Drive and adds a download link to it in your mail.
If the PDF file you want to email is too large, you can upload it to a cloud with the help of a file hosting service. This way, you will only need to send a link to your PDF instead of the attachment. Dropbox is one of the best tools for the job, but you can use Google Drive, iCloud Drive or Microsoft OneDrive as well.
Simply drag and drop the large file into Google Drive, right-click the file and click share. Next, type in the email address of the person you wish to share the file with. Click Done and voila! Youve just shared a large file using Google Drive.
You can send up to 25 MB in attachments. If you have more than one attachment, they cant add up to more than 25 MB. In general, when attaching files to an email, you can be pretty confident that up to 10 MB of attachments will be okay.
