hello today i will show you how to hide title column in the list so when we create a new list from blank list lets give a name so after we create a new list it will automatically give you a title column to remove that you need to go to the sighting lets refresh see the setting wheres the site or here okay you go to needs sighting and go to advanced settings check the fourth one content types allow management of content types check yes and scroll down click ok then lets go back to the content types items then click the title gear use the column citing hidden click okay then lets go back to the list so when you click new the title column is displayed but it has a new column called the content type so you need to disable this one so you need to go back to the settings these settings and advance changes back to not allow click ok then lets go back to the list click leo we only see attachment here so next video i will show you how to disable the attachment but before that we want to

Generally, the Title column is a main column that is used to open, edit and work with the items in a SharePoint list. Another important usage of the Title column is that this column is used in the View settings in 3 ways: Display the Title in text format, text (linked to item), and text (linked to item with edit menu).
Note: Lists and libraries contain required columns that cant be deleted, such as the Title or Name. If the column cant be deleted, the Delete button is not available. To hide the column, select the column header, then Column settings and then Hide this column.

For library, it will be Document content type. Once you click on the content type you can see the Column in the Columns section of the Content type.
