The process involves opening the PDF file, selecting the blank page thumbnail, right-clicking to bring up the delete option, and confirming the deletion. This process is repeated for any additional blank pages in the document. Finally, the document is saved.

Choose Tools Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Select pages to delete: Click the page thumbnail of any page or pages you want to delete, then click the Delete icon to remove the page or pages from the file.
If you do not see Delete Pages in page thumbnail pane, please check the document restrictions summary under Document Properties Security tab to confirm if have restricted permissions.
Use Shift + Delete to Force Delete File/Folder. You can select the target file or folder and press Shift + Delete keyboard shortcut to delete the file/folder permanently. This file deletion method wont pass the Recycle Bin.

Highlight the page thumbnail or thumbnails you want to delete from your PDF. Click the dustbin icon in the top toolbar to delete the selected PDF pages. Click Save and rename your new PDF file.

There are 2 workarounds: In Windows Explorer, turn off the Preview Pane. (Alt+P, or clickPreview Pane in the Windows Explorer tool bar.) If that doesnt work, use SHIFT+DELETE to permanently delete the file. (Caution: You wont be able to un-delete).
To delete pages from a PDF, ensure you have permission to edit the PDF. To check in Acrobat, choose File Properties, and then click the Security tab. Review the Document Restrictions Summary.
