is it just me or does this question take you back to the third grade when youre studying the times table basically you take a number from the top of one of the columns and multiply by a number all the way on the left of one of the rows and if you pull your finger down and from left to right from those two factors then youll end up at the product of those factors so its a times table its integers but we dont know whether theyre positive or negative so theyre asking for the value of c and you know my instinctually im thinking well if only i knew the value of j i would be able to infer the value of c because j came from multiplying c with itself so j is c squared but since i dont know which side of zero c came from even if i knew the value of j thered still be two possible values for c unless j is zero and then c would just be zero but any other value for j and i could tell you that j is a perfect square because a b and c are all integers but i wouldnt know whether c is positi
