hi and thank you for watching my youtube video today we are going to discuss how to print mailing labels or address labels and were going to be using the Avery 5160 or the 80 160 so what I did is I created a spreadsheet here with columns ABCDE which have the column header the name address city state and zip and I put some names in here lets start by saving this and I save it to the desktop as a file called address alright Ill hit save and Im gonna go ahead and close this now Im gonna go and open a word document a new document and in this case were using Microsoft Office 2016 so the first thing were gonna do is really go to mailings here you can see this tab alright then we want to go to start mail merge and we can select labels and this is a label feature where you can actually look up product numbers and your vendor so in this case were using the Avery US letter and the compatible one is a 5160 address label and were gonna hit ok so now its set up for that next thing w
