This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by making the document secure. Open the PDF in Windows Explorer, right-click and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, select the printing and viewing tab and deselect the allowed printing checkbox. Click "Publish" to confirm protection status. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled in the Secure Viewer, indicated by a greyed-out print icon. Ctrl + P and other shortcuts are also disabled.
