Factory warranty coverage only applies to damage caused by normal use. Wear-and-tear parts like brake pads and routine maintenance services like oil changes arent covered by your factory warranty.
Wheels, tires, and suspension are honestly some of the easiest modifications to avoid warranty hassles with because changing out your wheels and tires doesnt add stress to anything. In fact, in most cases, youll be lowering that stress with a lighter wheel and tire package.
There are three kinds of warranties: express, implied warranty of merchantability, and implied warranty of fitness. A lawsuit based solely on a bdocHub of warranty is a bdocHub of contract lawsuit. Express warranties are specific guarantees made by a seller about the product.
