hey guys in this video I wanted to share something with you just some thoughts on what is a true testament of a good company its its not the great products they make its not the beautiful packaging they ship it in its not the fast delivery that they provide its when things go wrong how they manage the customer I have a peak design slide light strap okay this is one of their earliest raps version one now this is version two available as well but anyway Ive had this trap for about four plus years about this in December 2015 now the strap is great works beautifully but in the last three or four months I started to notice that the rubberized area let me show you the rubberized area of the strap here hopefully you can see that it started to melt away to a point that you know it sticks it sticks to the fingers it even rubs off on clothes it leaves markings everywhere I had this in my bag as well and and its left a pretty ugly dark mark on the light gray cloth but anyway thats okay t
