The Text Stamp and Bates Stamping features can be combined, or used independently, to designate a defined stamp, such as date, time, user ID or page count, on copied output. You also have the flexibility to select from various locations that the stamp appears, based on your specific needs. For this example, Ill show both Text and Bates stamps in the same job. In the Copy Menu select the Layout/Edit tab and scroll to the next page. Select Text Stamp. Select On. Select the Confidential preset. Select Position and set to Bottom Middle. Press OK twice. Click on Bates Stamp. Select On. Select Date and User Name and press OK. Place the originals in the document feeder and press Start.
