This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. To begin, open Windows Explorer and locate the PDF file you want to protect. Right-click on the PDF and select "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. In the printing and viewing tab, ensure that the allowed printing checkbox is deselected. Then, click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon. This effectively prevents any printing of the protected PDF file.
