In this video, we demonstrate how to disable PDF printing by opening Windows Explorer, locating the document to protect, right-clicking on the PDF, and selecting "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. In the Printing and Viewing tab, ensure the allowed printing checkbox is deselected before clicking publish. The Protection Status window will confirm success, showing a dot pdc extension for the protected PDF file. This file can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer, preventing printing with greyed-out options in the Safeguard Secure Viewer.
