hi this Larry Phelps from Soul break today I'll be showing you how to use fillable PDF forms with Laserfiche 8.3 or greater today we're going to be using a HR form a PTO request form when an employee needs to request time off they simply need to open this fillable PDF form and fill out the various fields you'll notice on this fillable PDF there are various types of fields the name field actually is a drop-down list the next few fields are date fields that they will fill in followed by another drop-down approval field once the user has entered the reason for business vacation you will go down to the bottom of the form and hit the submit button which will send this kiddie abstractly into laserfiche as you'd notice our document has been imported into the proper location in Laserfiche and named according to our naming convention that we have adopted once we open the fillable PDF we see a laser fish template with information filled in from the PDF fields now this document is ready to be pi...
