hello Im Jessica and Im an e-learning specialist here to show you how to change your column names in Excel when using a Microsoft query so Ill open Excel and Im going to go into data from access and then Im going to pull that file thats beautiful beautiful were going to put it into a 1 and there it is so theres all the data from that Access file now in order to change the title or of a column I could just go in here and change it but the problem is when i refresh my data its going to go back because its pulling those column titles from access I am sorry to tell you the only way to change that title is to actually do it in your Access database so here in my Access database Im going to change it here and Im going to save and I go back to here and Im going to refresh and its going to change the date of the name and yes unfortunately it also moves it because its the most recent column so thats the best way to do it wish I could tell you there was a better way I hope that h
