This tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. Locate the document in Windows Explorer, right-click and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the Printing and Viewing tab, ensure the "allowed printing" checkbox is deselected, then click "Publish." The protection status window will confirm success. The protected document will have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as shown by the greyed-out print icon in the viewer. This effectively disables printing for the PDF.
