All Answers (6) In FIJI you can go to Image - Stacks - Tools - Concatenate and order your open files into a single, T-stacked file. Here is a macro I wrote for lif multi-position XYZT stacks, but it should work with your data too.
Combining stacks Just open each image stack separately, then run Image Stack Merge Channels, assigning each image stack to the desired channel. The result will be a composite of each respective plane.
Merging two images Create an empty image using the Image. new() function. Paste the images using the paste() function. Save and display the resultant image using the save() and show() functions.
To create a stack from multiple individual images go to Image - Stacks - Images to Stack. An options window will open.
