sometimes youll need to put together multiple PowerPoint presentations in one file first of all Im going to open up the presentations that I want to combine lets decide which presentation we want to merge together these are the slides that I want to pick up and move to another file Im going to click on the first slide then hold shift and click on the last slide now Ill just press ctrl C on my keyboard to copy those lets switch over to the presentation file that I want to add the slides to and right-click in the sidebar there are two options that I want you to check out for merging presentations the first is this used destination theme option and Ill go ahead and choose it this makes the slides that were pasting match the theme of the presentation that were pasting them into this is usually a good option so that the merge slides fit right in now Ill just undo that and this time Ill right-click and choose the second thumbnail use source theme in this case its going to take th
