In this video, were going to learn how to prepare your CSV file to import notes. You will need to prepare a CSV file with three columns mapping the values for each row you wish to insert. First, create a CSV with the following columns with the required fields. Title. This is the title of the note. Owner ID. This is the user ID of the note owner. If its not included in your file, the owner defaults to the user performing the data load. You can get the owner ID by logging into the org, going to the user page, and obtaining it from the browser. You can also export a list of user ID records from the data loader. Content. This is the path on your local system to the .txt or .html file that contains the body of the note. In the command line, after the folder path, type copy *.csv merged-csv-files.csv, and press Enter. In the above command, merged-csv-files.csv is the name for the resulting file, feel free to change it to whatever name you like.

How to Combine Multiple CSV Files Into One Browse to the folder with the CSV files. Hold down Shift, then right-click the folder and choose Copy as path. Open the Windows Command prompt. Type cd, press Space, right-click and select Paste, then press Enter. Type copy *. csv combined-csv-files. csv and Press Enter.
Use the CONCATENATE function: Use the CONCATENATE function in column D: =CONCATENATE(A1,B1,C1). In the menu bar, select Insert, Function. Click Text functions and select CONCATENATE. Enter A1 in the text1 field, B1 in the text2 field, and C1 in the text3 field. Click OK. Copy and paste for as many records as needed.
