In this video, were going to learn how to prepare your CSV file to import notes. You will need to prepare a CSV file with three columns mapping the values for each row you wish to insert. First, create a CSV with the following columns with the required fields. Title. This is the title of the note. Owner ID. This is the user ID of the note owner. If its not included in your file, the owner defaults to the user performing the data load. You can get the owner ID by logging into the org, going to the user page, and obtaining it from the browser. You can also export a list of user ID records from the data loader. Content. This is the path on your local system to the .txt or .html file that contains the body of the note.
