Go to Mailings Start Mail Merge Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard. In the Mail Merge menu, select Labels. Select Starting document Label Options to choose your label size. Choose Select recipients Browse to upload the mailing list. Select Arrange your labels Address block to add recipient information.
On the Data tab, under Tools, click Consolidate. In the Function box, click the function that you want Excel to use to consolidate the data. In each source sheet, select your data, and then click Add. The file path is entered in All references.
Click More Items under Arrange Your Labels to open the Insert Merge Field dialog box. Select the fields you want to add to the label, clicking Insert after each one. Click Close. Format the fields on the first label as you want them to appear.
Click the first cell and press Shift while you click the last cell in the range you want to merge. Important: Make sure only one of the cells in the range has data. Click Home Merge Center. If Merge Center is dimmed, make sure youre not editing a cell or the cells you want to merge arent inside a table.
