all right so uh today's webinars are our second attempt at a webinar for the it documentations users group based on feedback from last time we decided to pick a topic of it glue tips and tricks uh first off uh a little information about the it documentation users group uh it is a facebook group that uh tracy one of our panelists today uh helped found uh tracy can you give us a couple seconds about why you started this group and what do you hope it achieves um i started the group because i went looking for help in organizing and setting up my documentation and i thought well i'll go out and go to the forum you know and talk to other blue users and lo and behold i couldn't find one i thought well i'll start a facebook group and and see if i can get other people to join and i did some advertising through some other facebook groups i was a member of and got a lot of people to join but i found out a lot of people are like me we just didn't know how to start where to start and really how to...

How do I import a PDF into glue?

Click the Import button, and then choose Documents from the drop-down. Under Document Importer Type, you will see a list of document types that can be imported in to IT Glue, such as Word, Confluence, etc. Select the type of file youre importing. Next, click Choose File and locate the file.

Is it glue encrypted?

Access to the entire IT Glue app is limited to strong SSL encryption over HTTPS to reduce any opportunity for attacks through active connections. Access to passwords can be controlled at a granular level by limiting access to any combination of users and groups.

How do I copy a file from Itglue?

Copying documents In the document list view, select the checkboxes next to the documents you want to copy. This displays a down arrow on the Select All button. Click the arrow on the Select All button to access the various actions. Click Copy to open the copy dialog box and then select the destination folder.
