im going to show you how you can enable pre-logger messages across your windows active directory domain so to start im logged into my domain controller and im going to go to tools and then group policy management within group policy im going to locate my default domain policy as this policy already applies to all workstations and servers that are connected to the active directory domain so im going to right click and go to edit and then within the default policy i can go to policies computer configuration policies windows settings security settings local policies and then security options within security options you can scroll down and look for interactive logon and then the two youre looking for are message text for users attempting to log on and message title for users attempting to log on so you just want to go in define the policy and then set the title to whatever you want so generally give this your company name and then for the text message you will give this um whatever

Solution: Run the Local Group Policy Editor (Start type gpedit.msc) Navigate to Computer Configuration Administrative Templates System. Select Logon. Double-click Show first sign-in animation.
