[Music] Hi guys, lets see how we can add our PDF file into a word. So, first place your cursor at the spot where you want the PDF file to be inserted. Then, jump to your menu click on insert tab. Then, all the way to the text section. Find object. Click the drop down and select the first option, object. In the resulting dialog box, select the second tab, create from file. Now, browse the file that you want to be inserted into word. Search for the file, mind using downloads and I want to add this video file called original. Double click it. So, you have your link ready. Click on the check box that says display as icon. This is just to create an file icon to presenting PDF what automatically detects that and once youve done that click OK. Here you go, your files ready here. Now lets check if it opens successfully. If you cant type into a form field on a pdf, it may be due to a browsers default viewer for pdfs. Fillable forms require docHub or Acrobat Reader/Acrobat DC to fill them out online or on your computer. Many browsers use a different pdf viewer by default that doesnt support fillable form fields.
Open your PDF in Acrobat Pro. Select the Edit PDF tool in the right-hand panel. There will then be a bounding box around the editable items in your file. Use the editing tools to add text, edit text, or update fonts by using the selections from the Format dropdown list.
Open a PDF document in Acrobat. Click the Fill Sign tool in the right pane. Fill out your form: Complete form filling by clicking a text field and typing or adding a text box. You can add checkmarks and fill in radio buttons too.
Select the Add Text Comment tool from the top toolbar. Click on the appropriate location on your document and type your text. Adjust the font size and color to fit your document. Once youre finished, select the Download button on the top right to finalize and download your PDF.
