Go to Edit Preferences (in Windows), or Acrobat Preferences (in macOS). The preferences dialog box is displayed. In the Commenting category, select Show Checkbox under Making Comments. Click OK.
Here are the steps. Have your document open in PDF Annotator. Choose Insert Image from the drop down menu under Edit in the standard menu bar or click the Insert Image icon on the tool selection toolbar. You will get a dialog box to find your picture. The graphic or photo will be inserted into the document.
To add comments to PDF files in docHub, simply open the document, click the options menu () in the upper right corner of the toolbar, then click Add Comments.

Acrobat X, Reader X Choose File Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. When prompted Do you want to include the text of summarized comments, click Yes. Summarizing comments in long documents can take some time. When the Print dialog box reappears, click OK to print the comments.
