A Currency data type has no field size option and is fixed to a Double size up to 4 decimal places. A Number with a field size set to Integer has a different range with no decimal places.
In the Field Properties section, click the arrow in the Format property box, and select a format from the drop-down list. United States (U.S.) currency is formatted with a decimal point (.) as a separator between the dollars and cents. Some countries use a comma (,) instead of a decimal to indicate that separation.
