hi today Im going to show you how to insert text or write text over the top of an image in Word if you are in doubt about how to insert an image into a Word document there is a link below that shows you how to insert an image or multiple images into a Word document so if I take this image here and just click on it I go up to insert and I want to insert a text box I will now draw my text box and then if I type so I want I can now decide whether to change my words or not if I go up to the home screen or the Home tab I can go up to increase the size of my text I can go and change it to uppercase I can change the color of my text or I can use some text art such as this but I can also Center my text using this icon here okay so once I finished formatting my text this is fine but I dont want the white background I dont want the border I just want the text to be free-standing in the image itself so if I click on the text box again I go up to shape format and then click on the shape fill i
