Android Studio provides a straightforward process to generate both signed bundles and APKs: - Creating a Signed Bundle: In Android Studio, go to Build Generate Signed Bundle / APK. Choose Android App Bundle and follow the prompts to configure the signing key and build the bundle.
Make sure the Phone and Tablet tab is selected. Click the Empty Activity template to select it as the template for your project. The Empty Activity template is the template to create a simple project that you can use to build a Compose app. It has a single screen and displays the text Hello Android!
Open your project with android studio and go to Build-Generate Signed Bundle/APK. Select Build a signed APK that you can deploy to a device. Select Choose existing key store path if you already have a keystore file and then enter keystore password, key alias and key password.
Signing an APK​ Open the Build menu. Choose Generate Signed Bundle / APK. Follow the prompts to sign the AAB with your keystore file.
