On Mac OS, you can use the built-in Preview app to sign a PDF document. Open the PDF in Preview, click on the signature icon, and create and save your signature using your trackpad, webcam, or iPhone/iPad. If using your trackpad, sign your name with your finger and press more firmly for a thicker stroke with a Force Touch trackpad. Click Done to create the signature.

For those who dont know, to manage keys in your OSX Keychain, use the application Keychain Access, by default on all macs. The Preview Signature Privacy is in the System keychain.
